- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually attractive sales environment.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to boost customer engagement.
- Present and promote products effectively to maximize sales and highlight features.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer interaction.
- Foster customer loyalty by developing strong, trust-based relationships.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum **2-4 years of experience** as a Beauty Advisor in retail or salon settings.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Presentable, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
