As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** to oversee the performance, efficiency, and development of our outlets. This is a key leadership role designed for an individual who can maintain operational excellence while driving consistent brand standards.

**Role Overview**

The **Operations Manager** will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple outlets, maintaining quality standards, and supporting outlet teams to achieve both operational and financial goals. This position requires strong leadership, a structured approach to management, and the ability to make informed, strategic decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets within the group
- Lead, support, and mentor outlet managers and staff
- Maintain consistent service quality and brand standards across all locations
- Monitor and manage inventory, cost controls, and purchasing
- Review financial reports, identify performance gaps, and implement improvement plans
- Develop and enforce company SOPs and operational guidelines
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Support the execution of new outlet openings and operational initiatives
- Implement processes that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations management
- Proven experience overseeing multi-outlet operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Solid understanding of F&B workflows, service standards, and operational controls
- Ability to interpret financial reports and make data-driven decisions
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work across different locations and schedules as operational needs require
