**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for automotive services, repairs, and equipment.
- Coordinate and compile tender documents in line with client requirements and deadlines.
- Liaise with internal departments (technical, procurement, finance) to gather necessary inputs for tenders and quotations.
- Support the sales team with proposal preparation, client follow-ups, and documentation.
- Track tender submissions and maintain records of outcomes and feedback.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in **estimation, tendering, and sales coordination**, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Basic proficiency in **AutoCAD** and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be **locally available in Qatar** with valid documentation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with automotive parts, service procedures, and tendering platforms.
