- Provide expert guidance and support on complex plumbing issues, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Work in hand to lead, mentor, and supervise a team of plumbers, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide professional recommendations and solutions.
- Prepare and review project estimates, proposals, and invoices, providing clear and accurate information to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including job logs, inventory, and equipment usage.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, team performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Manage inventory and order supplies and equipment as needed to ensure smooth operations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, maintenance procedures, and relevant codes and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical abilities, strong organizational and communication skills.
- Technical diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate degree in plumbing or a related field is a plus.
- Qatar Driving License is a must.
