1. Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, the priority of plumbing expenditures, and procedures for plumbing systems maintenance.

2. Direct, repair, and maintenance of the plumbing network including freshwater reticulation, wastewater drainage systems, sewer systems, stormwater drainage, hot and cold-water reticulation systems inside the buildings, and irrigation networks. Inspects work in progress and completed work to determine conformance to specifications.

3. Receive work requests from the clients, plan, supervise, assign and monitor work of plumbers.

4. Review all requests for plumbing maintenance work and decide on replacement or repair; Review all requests for new installations, design the installation and oversee the implementation.

5. Inspect and evaluate the condition of plumbing equipment in the buildings and recommend corrective action.

**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS**

1. Preferably having 5 Years of experience in plumbing and /or mechanical-pipefitting systems

2. Knowledge in managerial skills: Planning, organizing, controlling, directing, and entrepreneurial.

3. Computer literate in Excellent
