**Job description**

As an experienced Senior Pricing & Tendering Business Coordinator, you will be involved in the preparation, review, and submission of quotations and tender responses - including expressions of interest, tenders, and submission of proposals to corporate, private, and public sector clients. You will be working closely with the Sales and Service Teams to provide each client with a comprehensive tender/quotation that will lead to a successful pitch delivery and result in a project win/sales order.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for coordinating Tender and Quotation Team activities on a day-to-day basis for the smooth functioning of the company between various departments Communicate with clients/customers to understand their requirements and then convey these requirements to the Sales team, so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Required to work as a link between the manufacturers and the Sales team to keep them on the same page regarding quotations and tenders Preparing and submitting tenders, proposals.

Calculation & estimation sheets, and technical compliance documents Editing and proof-reading of tender submissions and quotations proposals Ensure Company policy and procedures are adhered to Tracking of all tender related correspondence before, during and after submission Ensuring tender submissions are submitted on time and via the correct delivery method Sourcing new tenders and project leads Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of tender procedures and practices Any other task given by Line Managers (General Manager, Sales Manager)

Essential requirement for this post at least 4 to 6 years of work experience as tender coordinator in Qatar, specifically preparing tenders and quotations Thorough knowledge of tender coordinator, procedures, and legislation Accuracy and attention to details Ability to work with tight deadlines

**Requirements**:
Bachelor degree holder.

Has minimum of 4 - 6 Years Experience in the same field

Locally Available with Transferable Visa

Can join immediately

Pay: QAR 5,000.00 - QAR 6,000.00 Full Package per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
