**Job Description** Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all audio and visual aspects for events, ensuring timely setup, operation, and dismantling of equipment.
- Manage and maintain AV equipment inventory, ensuring all devices are in good working condition and properly stored.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly during events to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate closely with event planners, clients, and other departments to understand AV requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Lead, train, and schedule AV technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
- Oversee installation and configuration of sound systems, projectors, lighting, video conferencing tools, and other related equipment.
- Maintain adherence to safety standards and company policies during all AV operations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest AV technology trends and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.
- Prepare technical documentation, event reports, and maintenance logs.

**Qualifications** Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in audio visual setup, operation, and supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment, including sound systems, lighting, video, and projection technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by event schedules.
- Relevant certifications or training in AV technology is a plus.
