**Position Overview**:
As a Product Development Manager, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for driving sales and market-driven product development from the initial concept stage to the final specification. You will collaborate closely with our Production, Sales, Quality Assurance (QA), and Supply Development teams to ensure the successful launch of new products that meet market demands and maintain our reputation for excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the innovation and development of new products, from concept to market launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with sales and market needs.
- Source quality ingredients at competitive prices, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Stay updated on new product ingredients, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Train chefs and production teams on new product manufacturing processes.
- Plan and design product packaging that is both attractive and functional, appealing to customers and stakeholders alike.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product development.
- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to determine target markets and communities
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful market entry.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Present new product concepts to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Manage the registration of new products with both existing and new supermarkets and online markets, ensuring compliance and successful product placement.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Degree Preferred
- 5 years of proven success as a food product developer, R&D chef, or food scientist
- Experience leading new product development and leading cross functional teams
- Strong knowledge of ingredient sourcing and supply chain management.
- Excellent understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Leadership skills to guide and train teams in product manufacturing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- New Product Development: 3 years (required)
- Food & Beverage: 3 years (required)
- R & D: 3 years (required)
