**Job Title**: Civil Marketing Lead
**Location**: Doha
**Salary Range**: QAR 3,500 - 5,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualifications, skills, and potential)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities in the civil engineering and construction sectors.
- Identify and build relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Promote the company’s services and solutions to potential clients through presentations, meetings, and site visits.
- Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and exhibitions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance to senior management.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the civil/construction industry.
- Strong network within the construction and infrastructure sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead client engagements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
