As part of their ambitious growth strategy, they are seeking a seasoned **Director of Feasibility & Development (DFD)** to join their dynamic team. Based initially at the Corporate Office in Bahrain, this role reports directly to the CEO and entails frequent travel across the region, with a focus on expanding the company's presence in the GCC, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

**Position Overview**:
In this exhilarating role, the DFD will collaborate closely with the Strategic Development team to drive the company's expansion efforts. From identifying potential opportunities to overseeing project development and operational planning, the DFD will play a pivotal role in every phase of the deal process, from inception to final approval by the Board of Directors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.**:

- **Develop detailed financial analysis, including business plans, ROI projections, and negotiation of agreements.**:

- **Oversee project development from design to regulatory approvals.**:

- **Provide operational support to existing business units and projects under development.**:

- **Collaborate with General Managers and Operations Managers to ensure seamless execution.**

**Key Qualifications / Attributes**:

- **Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a focus on hospitality real estate or finance.**:

- **5-7 years of financial analysis experience within the hospitality industry.**:

- **Exceptional drive, analytical prowess, and communication skills.**:

- **Strong organisational abilities and adeptness at multitasking.**:

- **Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.**:

- **Fluency in Arabic is a must.**

**Package**:

- US$175,000 net per year.
- Single or family status with schooling for up to two children.
- Accommodation, medical coverage, and life insurance.
- Performance-based bonus and annual flights home.
