**About the Client**:
Our client is managing a wide and diverse portfolio of Hotels, Resorts and general hospitality service companies and a dedication to excellence and operations. The client wants to elevate their brand identities and expand their footprint across the Middle East.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Director of Lodging and Development, you'll be at the helm of our strategic initiatives, leveraging your expertise to drive success in the following areas:
**Leading the strategic development of new developments, property branding initiatives, leveraging insights from our detailed Market & Financial Feasibility model and Hospitality Market Research Database.**

**Spearheading the acquisition and rebranding of hotels and properties, overseeing the entire process from feasibility analysis to implementation.**

Promoting a diverse portfolio of hospitality-based services, identifying opportunities for expansion and differentiation in the market.

Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and excellence in operations across all properties.

Creating a Market Assessment Tool to evaluate new development and hospitality service opportunities, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in lodging and development roles, with a focus on property branding and market expansion in the Middle East.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer trends in the Middle East hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
