**2. POSITION OBJECTIVE**

**3. KNOWLEDGE, EXPRERIENCE & SKILL**

**Qualification**
1. High school diploma or technical certificate in a relevant discipline.
2. TBOSIET (Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) certification.
3. H2S (Hydrogen Sulfide) certification.
4. Fitness for Work (Offshore) Certificate.
5. Valid IRATA Level 2 Certificate
6. Minimum of 1 year work experience as IRATA Level 1 technician with 1000 rope hours

**Experience**

1. Minimum 2 years of offshore experience.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in FM activities (Blasting & Spray Painting)

**4. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Safety Compliance and PPE**: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of personnel safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment. Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

**Process Safety**: Display a foundational understanding of process safety principles to ensure compliance and minimize risks during blasting and painting operations.

Perform the rope access activities as per the instructions of IRATA Level 3 team leader.
To assist IRATA level 3 team leaders in carrying out a high angle rescue when a situation arises.
Guide the IRATA level 1 technicians to make team effort and carry out work in a safe and efficient manner
Maintain assigned company equipment and facilities in neat and workable condition.
