- Oversee maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Manage specialized service providers.
- Monitor equipment and machinery for optimal working conditions.
- Communicate effectively with staff regarding safety and security concerns.
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, supply ordering, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations on environmental issues.
- Coordinate activities with HR, Logistics, and other departments for seamless operations.
- Create and evaluate weekly reports for smooth operations.
- Provide positive leadership, coaching, and mentoring, monitor performance.
- Ensure allocated work meets productivity and quality standards.
- Enforce Health and Safety regulations, conduct risk assessments for personnel and contractors.
- Regular training and updates for all technicians.
- Be available for emergency response, provide technical support.
- Adhere to all company instructions for quality work outcomes.

**2. Can communicate in English well (Good Knowledge in reporting)**

**Salary**: Up to QAR5,750.00 per month
