We're looking for a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and problem solver with a knack for growing businesses.

**Qualifications**:

- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and product offerings.
- Prepare detailed reports on the progress of initiatives to present to stakeholders.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events

Requirements and Skills:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Strong analytical skills, with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Preferably female with valid Qatar driving license.
