Mep Technician

**Job Title: MEP Technician (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)**
**Location: Doha, Qatar**
**Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure their optimal performance.
- **System Repairs**: Identify faults and issues in MEP systems and take necessary corrective actions in a timely manner.
- **Installation Support**: Assist with the installation of new MEP systems and components in accordance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all systems and repairs adhere to local and international building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and system performance using internal reporting systems.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the MEP team, engineers, and other technical professionals to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond to emergency breakdowns and issues related to MEP systems promptly, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field (preferably with MEP specialization).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a technician working with MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal).
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems quickly and efficiently.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on quality work, safety, and ensuring all systems are operating to the highest standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

- **Certifications**: Additional certifications in MEP or related technical fields are a plus.
