**Position Summary**

The role of the
**Senior - SAP Administrator **to lead a team of SAP S/4 HANA implementation consultants to provide exceptional support. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting and support for our organization.

The Senior Manager SAP Administrator requires technical experience, integration knowledge, support expertise and skills to work with functional experts to develop, realize, test and deliver, fixes issues in complex, integrated and highly configured environments. Good working experience of the technical components of SAP S/4 HANA in Construction and Manufacturing is a must. Functional knowledge of the modules would be a plus.

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Overall responsibility for the management of functional resources to solve the issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP
- Experience includes 4 Implementation, 1 Roll out and multiple Support projects in SAP S4 HANA / SAP R3 ECC6.0 - Project System (PS)/ Production Planning (PP)/ Quality Management (QM)/ Plant Maintenance (PM)/Sales Distribution (SD)/ Material Management (MM)/Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) and SuccessFactor
- Organizing projects, programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
- Work with IT Leadership to create and help manage long-term goals for the SAP IT Team
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Indirectly managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
- Analyzing risks and making recommendations for releases.
- Managing risks that may affect release scope
- Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes that effect the release cycle to cross-functional teams
- Measure and monitor progress of the release management program
- Create scripts to identify, analyse and correct data issues
- Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the system.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
- 10 + years’ of experience in SAP Module in all aspects.
- SAP Certified Associate (SAP - PP - Production Planning & Manufacturing)/ (SAP - MM - Procurement)/S4 HANA.
- Conflict Resolution skills
- Self-confident with ability to work with and influence senior management
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams to ensure tasks are completed in time with the release schedule

- Working knowledge of Service Now is desirable
- Ability to collaborate and execute at an executive level and build relationship across all levels of the internal organization
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, gaining trust and confidence as a strategic partner from all levels within Rimini

- Outstanding analytical skills and strong ability to interpret and present key findings and recommendations
- Ability to coach colleagues at an engagement level
