**Job Overview**:
**Administrative Duties**:
- Oversee the smooth running of office operations, ensuring the office environment is organised, clean, and efficient.
- Manage office supplies inventory, procurement, and distribution.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and documents in an organised manner.
- Ensure proper filing and retrieval systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Assist with on boarding processes for new employees.
- Track attendance and leave records.
- Support with payroll processing and other HR-related administrative duties.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers, and assist with inquiries or issues.
**IT Support Duties**:
- Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure proper installation and configuration of IT systems and equipment (computers, printers, network devices, etc.).
- Perform routine checks to prevent system malfunctions and ensure mínimal downtime.
- Provide first-line support for IT-related issues such as software, hardware, and network problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees, both remotely and in-person.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard sensitive company data.
- Regularly back up data and ensure proper disaster recovery procedures are in place.
- Monitor for any unauthorised access to the company network or systems.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of hardware and IT equipment.
