**Caviar Chef De Cuisine, Luxury Five-Star Resort, Qatar**

**Package up to QAR 16.500 (USD 4.500) per month**

We are looking for **Chef De Cuisine **to run the kitchen and engage with the guests for this exclusive Caviar Bar.

**Things you will be doing as Chef De Cuisine**:

- Report to the Executive Chef
- Manage day-to-day bar food operations.
- Keep track of all the kitchen equipment and inventory.
- Responsible for making sure the health and safety regulations are being met.
- Planning, tasting, and modifying the recipes for the food being prepared in the kitchen.
- Responsible for overseeing the plating and the presentation of the dishes coming out of the kitchen.

**You will be a great fit if you**:

- Work as a Chef de Cuisine / Snr Sous Chef at present
- Have a strong background in luxury Hotels.
- Have international experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have managerial and leadership skills.
