**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a recognized Professional Secretarial Certification
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years serving as an Executive Secretary to senior management
- Exceptional calendar management skills and experience coordinating complex meetings and executive-level appointments
- Demonstrated ability to handle travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, bookings, and logistics for senior executives
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic preferred) is **required** to effectively support a diverse team and clientele
- **Previous experience supporting executives within the real estate, retail, shopping mall, or mixed-use development sectors is preferred.**
