**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and navigate commercial vessels safely and efficiently in compliance with maritime laws and company policies.
- Ensure full compliance with **Ras Laffan Port rules and regulations**.
- Maintain proper communication with **Port Control and other vessels via VHF radio**, adhering to standard maritime communication protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vessel to ensure seaworthiness and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage the vessel crew and oversee daily operations on board.
- Plan routes and monitor weather conditions to ensure safe passage.
- Record and report all voyages, incidents, and maintenance logs as required.
- Coordinate with shore-based teams for cargo handling, passenger transport, or logístical operations.

**Requirements**:

- Valid **Commercial Boat Master License** recognized by Qatari authorities.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with **proven expertise in navigating Qatar waters**.
- In-depth knowledge of **Ras Laffan Port procedures and safety standards**.
- Proficient in **VHF radio communication** and standard maritime signals.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
