**Job Title**: Sales Agent - Off-Plan Properties
**Location**: Qatar
**Reporting to**: Sales Manager / Director of Sales
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial projects from reputable developers.
- Understand and present project details, payment plans, floor plans, and investment benefits to clients.
- Conduct property presentations, virtual or in-person, tailored to client needs.
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, meetings, events, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, buyers, and developers.
- Assist clients throughout the reservation and SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement) process.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support lead generation and project promotions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and deals in CRM.
- Attend developer trainings, property events, and exhibitions as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year focused on off-plan properties.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar’s property market, especially Lusail, The Pearl, and key new developments.
- Proven track record of closing off-plan deals.
- Excellent negotiation, sales, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
- Valid Qatar Driving License and own car preferred.
