**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective branding, positioning, and promotion.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and marketing ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (2-5 years, preferably in Qatar/GCC).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
