**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a Property Consultant Agent at **STEP IN PROPERTY**, you will play a crucial role in **helping clients find their dream properties, making sound investment decisions, and navigating the complex real estate landscape in Qatar.** You will leverage your deep knowledge of the local real estate market to provide expert advice and build lasting relationships with clients.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and market conditions in Qatar.

Build and maintain a portfolio of property listings to meet client requirements.

Provide expert guidance to clients on property buying, selling, and leasing transactions.

Conduct property viewings and inspections, addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.

Collaborate with other team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to the success of the company.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Consultant Agent in the Qatar real estate market.

Proven track record of successful property transactions and satisfied clients.

A valid driving license is a mandatory requirement.

Owning a car is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of local real estate laws and regulations.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Professional appearance and demeanor.
