- Execute the day to day operations at the appointed Bus Depot
- Work closely with the scheduling team in the planning phase and then with dispatchers on the ground to ensure all run-outs are covered for upcoming operations
- Ensure a good understanding of smart bus telematics and the information produced by these buses
- Work closely with the Worker Welfare team onsite ensuring staff issues are addressed and driver hour regulations are adhered to o As needed, liaise with the HR team to investigate workforce related matters.
- Manage vehicle issues and ensure these are resolved in a timely manner with the Engineering team
- Work with the Bus Depot team to meet all agreed KPI’s
