Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the production department. They will coordinate production schedules, ensure timely delivery of products, manage inventory levels, and optimize production processes. The Production Manager will also collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency, quality, and overall performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement production strategies to meet quality, quantity, and cost targets.
- Manage and optimize production formulas for various plastic products, focusing on cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, planning and efficiency standards.
- Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and implement best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely supply of raw materials.
- Prepare production reports, including productivity metrics, variance analysis, and cost breakdowns.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Previous experience in plastics (bags, paper cups, injection molding,... etc) and production management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Previous work experience in GCC.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR24,000.00 per month
