Role Description

This is an on-site contract role, located in Doha, for an Event Project Manager. The Event Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various events, including exhibitions, weddings, and corporate events. This role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and production teams, managing event budgets and timelines, and ensuring successful execution of event projects. The Event Project Manager is also tasked with providing innovative solutions to meet clients' needs and ensuring that all projects are delivered to high standards of quality and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Project management and event planning experience
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills; ability to manage budgets and timelines
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in working with various materials like wood, styrofoam, resin, fiberglass, and aluminum is a plus
  • Experience in managing on-site event setups and production
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Project Management, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
