Hiring for HR/Admin Coordinator position
We are looking for HR/Admin Coordinator who is locally available, with NOC and can join immediately. With at least 2-3 years of experience in GCC.
- Must have knowledge in Qatar Labor Law
- With strong personality, time management skills and computer literate
- Must have knowledge in employees ‘compensations and benefits
- HR assisting & recruitment
- Payroll experience is a must
- Coordinate with the PRO regarding employee’s visa, exit permits, & other request/s.
- Coordination/calling suppliers for invoices, cheque payments ready for collection.
- Track office expenses/petty cash and coordinate with the accountant
- Giving support, coordination and assisting to the Owner, Director, and employees.
- Collecting data, sorting, filing, and sending out project files to the right personnel.
Knows how to write correspondence
**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
