Parsons is working with leading public service organizations to orchestrate large scale O&M transformation for roads activities for programs that drives Service Delivery Excellence, Operational Efficiencies, Capability Building, Change Management, and Outsource Maximization.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Network Asset Manager to join our team In this role you will manage large Roads Operations and Maintenance portfolio on behalf of the client. The Network Asset Manager will demonstrate technical and professional competency in roads asset management that improves planning, management, and operation & maintenance of urban transportation systems.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Responsible for the development and implementation of effective highway management and asset management strategies
- Accountable for managing the operational implementation of these strategies with the client and key stakeholders.
- To be able to provide comprehensive, timely professional advice, guidance and information in relation to the management of the roads network.
- To ensure the projects are undertaken in accordance with legislation, policies, procedures and plans.
- To identify, prioritize and provide technical direction and implementation of roads Operation and maintenance programs.
- Lead, coach and develop a team to provide roads management and asset management strategies.
- Monitoring the performance of operational teams responsible for implementing roads management and asset management activities.
- To allocate, monitor and report on budgets to deliver the service.
- Be responsible for the management of a team to provide direction and co-ordination of workloads, support and guidance.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Degree and Masters in Engineering discipline with 10+ years experience as roads network manager, customer liaison and enabling projects
- Must meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements.
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
- Have excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of O&M Infrastructure practice and regulations are also required.
- Have demonstrable experience in the GCC leading O&M Infrastructure Contracts
- Experience in network management and the project management of multi discipline schemes.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. Arabic an advantage

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Manage the provision of excellent customer services relating to roads including dealing with enquiries, complaints and consultations.
