**Job Summary**:
The Site Engineer will oversee and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure that all construction or project works are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. The role requires strong technical expertise, site supervision experience, and coordination with multiple teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and workers to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and targets.
- Implement and enforce quality control and health & safety procedures at the site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet project requirements.
- Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues on site.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients regarding project progress and technical issues.
- Liaise with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain site records, including material receipts, manpower logs, and inspection reports.
- Verify and record as-built drawings and work variations.
- Support preparation of work completion and handover documents.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum **5 years of proven experience** as a Site Engineer in construction, MEP, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Sound understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
