**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the elevator maintenance department, ensuring the effective servicing, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of elevator brands and models.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
- Lead a team of skilled technicians, providing training, technical guidance, and support to ensure high-quality maintenance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Diagnose complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide expert solutions for all types of elevator systems, including hydraulic, traction, MRL, and escalators.
- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and third-party service providers to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that maintenance operations are carried out in accordance with EN81 standards, local regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective management of maintenance operations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve maintenance operations.
- Coordinate with the After Sales (Service) Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A technical diploma with extensive experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in elevator maintenance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems from all major brands (KONE, MITSUBISHI, THYSSENKRUPP, OTIS, SCHINDLER, MONARCH, STEP, etc.).
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various types of elevators (hydraulic, traction, machine room-less) and escalators.
- Familiarity with elevator control systems, including advanced controllers and drive systems.
- In-depth knowledge of EN81 and other relevant safety and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and train technical staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification from major elevator brands for maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience in modernizing elevators and upgrading control systems.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies and practices.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the elevator industry.
