We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Elevator Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of elevators and escalators to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections on elevators and escalators.
- Inspect mechanical, electrical, and safety systems, ensuring all components are operating correctly.
- Lubricate moving parts, test equipment, and adjust controls as necessary to maintain smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in elevator systems and escalators.
- Replace defective parts, including motors, cables, switches, and other mechanical/electrical components.
- Perform emergency repairs when systems malfunction, minimizing downtime.
- Assist in upgrading elevator systems to meet safety codes, regulations, and technological advancements.
- Install and replace elevator systems or components as needed.
- Ensure that all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards (e.g., ANSI, ASME, and local building codes).
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed.
- Provide clients with service reports detailing completed work.
- Communicate with building owners and facility managers to schedule maintenance and address concerns or issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding system use, safety, and proper maintenance practices.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe working environment.

Local Hiring, at least 7 years GCC Experience and valid Driving License.
