As a Senior Architectural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will also provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and ensure compliance with local regulations and Ashghal standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage architectural design and construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with Ashghal’s regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Review and approve architectural designs and documentation.
- Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members.
- Prepare project reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **13 years of experience** in architectural engineering, including hands-on project experience.
- **Experience with Ashghal projects** is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in **Architecture** or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, codes, and Ashghal's standards.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR11,000.00 per month
