**CEO - Business Advisory & Consulting - Doha, Qatar**

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the overall strategic direction, drive operational efficiency, and ensure growth of the Business Advisory and Consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

**Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and implement the firm’s long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy.
- Identify market opportunities and drive expansion into new markets, industries, and service lines.

**Service Offering Design**:

- Oversee the development and refinement of consulting services and solutions to meet evolving client demands.
- Ensure the creation of value-driven advisory services that align with client business challenges and goals.

**Team Leadership and Management**:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of consultants and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven culture within the firm.

**Revenue Generation and Business Development**:

- Develop and execute revenue generation strategies, with a focus on long-term profitability and sustainable growth.
- Drive client acquisition efforts through networking, business development initiatives, and expanding the firm’s market presence.

**Client and Project Management**:

- Ensure the successful execution of client engagements by overseeing project management, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards in delivering consulting solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations and drive measurable business impact.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Chartered Accountant/ MBA with minimum 15 years’ experience in business consulting, advisory, or professional services.
- Proven experience as a CEO/ Partner/ Director or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of business consulting services, market trends, and growth strategies.

**Experience**:

- Chartered Accountant/ MBA: 10 years (required)
- Business Consulting/Advisory/Professional Services: 10 years (required)
- CEO/ Partner/ Director or similar roles: 5 years (required)
