Job Description**:Female Restaurant Service Steward**

Monthly Salary**:QAR 1,500 **plus FREE accommodation and transportation

**Position Overview**:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Restaurant Service Steward to join our team and ensure the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of our restaurant. As a Service Steward, you will play an integral role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, contributing to their overall dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, ensuring tables, chairs, floors, and other surfaces are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
- Set up tables with utensils, glassware, linens, and other necessary items according to the restaurant's standards before each service.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure a seamless flow of service by promptly clearing and cleaning tables after guests have finished dining.
- Responsible for the proper storage and organization of utensils, glassware, and other dining equipment to ensure they are readily available for service.
- Assist in restocking supplies, including napkins, condiments, and other necessities, to maintain efficient service during peak times.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling, to ensure a safe environment for guests and fellow team members.
- Work with the kitchen staff to maintain an efficient flow of dishes from the dining area to the dishwashing area.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on service standards, menu changes, and restaurant policies.
- Support the team during special events and busy periods by performing duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Uphold a positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues and guests, fostering a harmonious work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects for extended periods.
- Approachable and courteous demeanor with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: From QAR1,500.00 per month
