Job Title**:Service Steward / Kitchen Steward**

Place of Work**:Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**

Starting Monthly Salary**:SAR 1,500++**

**Responsibilities (Service Steward)**:

- Ensure tables are impeccably set according to restaurant standards, including proper placement of linens, cutlery, glassware, and centerpieces.
- Assist waiters in serving dishes, clearing plates, refilling water glasses, and attending to guest needs throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and service stations. Adhere to strict sanitation protocols.
- Monitor and replenish service stations with necessary supplies such as silverware, napkins, and condiments.
- Engage with guests in a polite and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

**Responsibilities (Kitchen Steward)**:

- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper techniques and equipment.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, including floors, countertops, appliances, and storage areas, ensuring a spotless and hygienic environment.
- Properly dispose of garbage and recycling, maintaining cleanliness and order in the waste disposal areas.
- Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and storage.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as washing vegetables.
- Receive and store deliveries of food and supplies, ensuring proper rotation and organization of stock.

**Qualifications**:

- Willing to be deployed to our new branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabi by Q4 2024
- Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred)
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment as steward or cleaner is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.

Pay: From QAR1,500.00 per month
