**What you'll be doing**

As Head of Beauty Operations you will lead the brands and be part of growing the beauty business in Qatar. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep market knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building brands and teams in a high-growth environment. You will:

- Lead the commercial strategy, marketing, and retail operations for a portfolio of regional and international beauty brands.
- Drive market growth, retail expansion, and brand positioning with a tailored approach to the Qatari market
- Manage key retailer relationships
- Own the full P&L and drive profitability across retail, distribution, and e-commerce channels.
- Collaborate with regional and brand partners to develop impactful activations and commercial strategies.
- Mentor and lead a diverse team; promote collaboration, performance, and development.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- You will be a seasoned commercial leader with 10+ years of experience in retail, beauty, luxury, or related consumer industries.
- You would be based in Qatar or would have a deep understanding and past experience in the Qatar market and strong retailer network.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Skilled in P&L management, negotiations, team leadership, and strategic planning.
- A servant leader with a hands-on approach to operations, people-focused, and highly collaborative.
- You would be holding a current Qatar residence, be eligible to a residence or open to relocate to Qatar for the role
