**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent to prepare coordinated shop drawings and details.
- Prepare and issue technical submittals, including material submissions, method statements, and mock-up documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration and clash-free drawings.
- Provide technical support to site teams, ensuring architectural works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Participate in site inspections and respond to RFIs and technical queries related to architectural works.
- Review IFC drawings and highlight discrepancies, conflicts, or constructability issues.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and international standards.
- Attend coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and suppliers as required.
- Support procurement teams in evaluating technical compliance of materials and products.
- Contribute to design development and value engineering initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **architecture** or **architectural engineering**.
- Minimum **7 years of experience** in architectural engineering within the construction industry, preferably on medium-to-large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of **construction methods, detailing, and local building codes**.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**; familiarity with **Revit** and **BIM** **workflows** is a plus.
- Ability to read and coordinate multidisciplinary drawings.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **high-rise, hospitality, or mixed-use developments**.
- Knowledge of **Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)** or equivalent regional standards.
- Familiarity with **ISO and QA/QC documentation** practices.
