**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take room service and restaurant orders accurately and efficiently via phone or guest interaction.
- Input orders into the POS system, ensuring all requests are clearly communicated to kitchen and service staff.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- Coordinate timely delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms or dining areas.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain updated knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary options.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the order-taking area.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience as an Order Taker or in a similar customer-facing F&B role within a 5-star hotel.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other European languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and telephone etiquette.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Friendly personality with a guest-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Note**:FAT will be provided with the salary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR2,200.00 per month
