**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Develop the GL events fuel replenishment processes for the major event.
- Create database system to record all fuel tanks, capacities, locations and replensishment frequency per location
- Liaise with main fuel provider for the event to ensure all fuel deliveries are scheduled 24-48hrs in advance
- Conduct physical fuel stock control (dipstick) daily across all locations to ensure stock availability and to plan future fuel orders.
- If required checking fuel quality by taking sample and having it verified
- Ensure the all daily fuelling activities/operations including unloading, loading, inspections, maintenance and sampling are properly documented.
- Communicate the daily re-fuelling plan.
- Inform company in respect to. issues related to health, safety, security and environment.
- Perform other related tasks as requested by Senior Management;
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) management system across all GL event activities

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience around delivering multiple jumbo / major events (World Cup / Olympics / Commonwealth Games / F1 / Major Festivals) - preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent multitasking & organisation skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Committed, highly flexible and service oriented attitude
- Works well independently as well as in a team
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
- Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in the use of MS office

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Salary**: QAR8,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
