Reporting to the Operations Manager or in absence thereof, Restaurant Manager. Main responsibilities are to supervise, coordinate, and train F&B staff and ensure high level of customer service is delivered.
- Confers with Restaurant Manager to coordinate activities with other business sections
- Promote the menu and services to the customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with the customers and staff
- Ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any customer concerns
- Train staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Ensure all staff comply with company policies
- Monitor staff schedules, performance and resolve any grievances
- Maintain safety and food quality standards for the restaurant
- Oversee kitchen staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
- Supervise daily shift operations
- Maintain stock control
- Entry/supervision of entries in income and expense records
- Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance, schedules for service
- Identify methods the restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits

In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within the company, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
