**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability and market share.
- Maintain continuous business relationship with clients.
- Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationship and resolve operational issues between clients.
- Building new e-commercial relationships
- Develop new business via smart lead finding, social selling and clever always innovating outbound techniques.
- Follow up on inbound leads from multiple channels
- Get the most out of your self-planned discovery calls to create value for businesses and qualify at the same time
- Identify key decision makers, determine project budget and timeline with consultative and challenge sales techniques.
- Build and cultivate prospect and partner relationships by initiating communications and consistent follow up to push opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Online consultancy calls with multiple decision makers of prospects and partners. Based on success stories, reference websites and a demo of our product if needed.
- Make sure our CRM is always up-to-date, to ensure collaboration with other departments and improve our results with data driven sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience holding the same title or relevant within B2B sales or business development experience.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics, strong knowledge of eCommerce or Retail industry.
- Resident in the Qatar is a must
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and curate a solution
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills.
- Customer Oriented.
- Adaptability & Flexibility.
- Excellent command of spoken & Written English and Arabic
