We are seeking a skilled **E-commerce Technical Business Analyst** specializing in **Web and Mobile platforms** to join our dynamic team. This role will require a strong blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce space. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of web and mobile projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Requirements Gathering & Analysis**: Identify and document business requirements for web and mobile e-commerce platforms, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to ensure technical solutions meet business goals.
- **Data-Driven Insights**: Analyze user behavior, performance metrics, and industry trends to optimize the user experience and improve platform performance.
- **Project Management & Support**: Oversee project timelines, assist in QA testing, and provide technical documentation to ensure smooth implementation and continuous operation of e-commerce solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Masters / Bachelors degree in computer science or ICT
- Minimum 3 years experience magento web and mobile platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of both business and technical perspectives.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
