One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Meryal Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.
**Job Description** VIP Hostess**

A VIP Hostess is responsible for providing exceptional service to high-profile guests, ensuring a seamless and exclusive experience. This role involves greeting VIP clients, managing reservations, coordinating table service, and ensuring that guests receive personalized attention in a luxurious setting.
- Welcome and escort VIP guests to their reserved areas, ensuring a warm and professional greeting.
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients, remembering their preferences and special requests.
- Ensure all VIP guests receive personalized, top-tier service throughout their visit.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with high-profile guests.
- Handle VIP bookings, reservations, and guest lists efficiently.
- Coordinate with the waiter/ waitress, bartenders, and security to ensure smooth VIP service.
- Oversee table assignments, bottle service arrangements, and seating plans for optimal guest experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve any issues or concerns.
- Represent the venue’s brand with elegance, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality.
- Assist in marketing and networking efforts to attract and retain VIP clientele.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a VIP Hostess, Guest Relations Associate, or in a high-end hospitality role.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of beach club operations, luxury hospitality, and high-end beverage service.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
- Well-groomed and polished appearance in line with luxury brand standards.
- Multilingual skills (Russian language will be an advantage).
