**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Craft and update compelling job descriptions.
- Hunt down top talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and more.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone/video/in-person), and evaluate assessments.
- Create shortlists and work closely with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
- Track key HR metrics: time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.
- Attend job fairs and lead in-house recruitment events.
- Be the friendly face that helps new hires onboard smoothly.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Someone who's organized, proactive, and great at communication
- A go-getter who’s not afraid to experiment and think creatively
- Must be currently in Qatar and ready to join immediately
