As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a **dedicated kitchen equipment maintenance technician** to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of all catering and kitchen machinery within our central kitchen operations.

**Position Overview**

The **Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Technician** plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of Diet Café’s production facilities. This position requires hands-on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining professional kitchen and catering equipment, with strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for all catering and kitchen equipment, including ovens, chillers, fryers, mixers, steamers, and other food-processing units.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical faults in a timely manner to prevent operational interruptions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and spare-part inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for specialized repairs and parts procurement.
- Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and HACCP standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and maintenance requests from kitchen operations.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintaining and repairing **commercial kitchen or catering equipment**.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
- Diploma or technical certification in **mechanical/electrical/refrigeration engineering** or related field.
- Valid **Qatar Driving License** - mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Previous experience in **hospitality, catering, or food production environments** is highly preferred.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
