**A returning client of Signature Staff is looking for a proactive private PA/Lady's Maid to join their household.**

You will be responsible for all household admin including managing the Principle's diary and meetings, planning all elements of trips and running payroll and invoicing for internal household staff and external contractors.

Ideally, you'll have an education background as you'll also be responsible for overseeing the tutors in place for the Principle's 15 year old son. You'll also be in charge of organising his extra curricular activities and making sure his schedule is running smoothly.

Along with the duties mentioned, the Principle would like you to accompany her on outings, manage her wardrobe, and plan full itineraries for trips, taking into account favourite restaurants, and previous places stayed, and suggesting ideas of new places to visit
- particular favourites are the US and Europe. The Principle also has a keen interest in art, food and culture, and would love someone who can discuss her interests with her.

You will be provided with an apartment near the family home and will be required to work 8-10 hours a day, 5.5 days per week. (With Friday and half Saturday off) When travelling, you will be on 24/7 call in order to ensure the smooth running of the trips.

Driver not required, but would be a bonus.
