*Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in some of the functional areas - employee relations, benefits, compensation, executive administration and employment.

*Maintain records of all employee-related data in both paper and database to ensure accuracy and compliance

*Maintain a good and clear communication line between GHR and staffs by providing them clear and accurate information as per company policies and if required, guidelines as provided by the Group HR Manager; and proper dissemination of memos, announcements and related letters.

*Work on the payroll thru Microsoft GP Dynamics (MSGP). Collects and collates reports from biometric machines to ensure that all attendance and overtime are properly encoded in the MSGP.

*Supports and monitors recruitment procedures by assisting in recruitment process, interviews, provides job descriptions and update all concerning Department Managers and Property Managers.

*Assists Department Managers and Property Managers in all HR related issues concerning to all staffs including disciplinary actions and warning letters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR6,500.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
