Software Product Owner

The incumbent will carry out the following functional areas:

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders for our software solutions
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the latest business priorities and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product decisions.
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes to articulate product requirements and guide development efforts.
- Drive the delivery of ERP software increments through Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
- Conduct regular sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure successful delivery of product increments.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful delivery of software releases.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Make data-driven decisions and trade-offs to optimize the value delivered by the product.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, usability, and performance.
- Support marketing, sales, and support teams with product launches, training, and documentation efforts.
- Support resellers/partners with implementation and training

**Professional Qualifications**:

- 6+ years' experience working as a Product Owner in a software development environment
- Software Product management Experience is MUST
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and business processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- B2B industry experience in product owner or product manager roles.
- Fluency in written and spoken English with strong drafting skills.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello or similar tool
- Skilled in MS Office Suite, MS Visio, Storyboarding
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
