1. Drafting and Reviewing Contracts:

- Preparing and reviewing commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners to safeguard the company’s rights and avoid legal risks.

2. Legal Compliance:

- Ensuring all company activities comply with relevant local and international laws (e.g., labor, tax, and trade laws).

3. Dispute Resolution:

- Negotiating and resolving disputes with other parties before resorting to litigation. If necessary, representing the company in courts or before competent authorities.

4. Legal Risk Management:

- Analyzing the company’s business activities to identify potential legal risks and providing recommendations to mitigate them.

5. Managing Licenses and Permits:

- Ensuring all required licenses and certifications for conducting business are renewed on time.

6. Providing Legal Advice:

- Offering legal advice to senior management and employees on laws relevant to daily operations.

7. Developing Internal Policies:

- Drafting internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, such as anti-corruption or anti-discrimination policies.

8. Dealing with Official Authorities:

- Managing relationships with government and regulatory bodies and representing the company in meetings or legal inquiries.

9. Legal Training:

- Conducting awareness sessions for employees on key legal matters that affect their work.

10. Managing Legal Documents:

- Organizing and maintaining all legal documents, such as contracts, certificates, and official company records.

Core Qualification
- Minimum 8 years related experience in Qatar
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) Speaker
- Experience in Industrial Sector is preferred
- Well verse in Qatar Market
- Good commercial documentation
- Experience in corporate Industry is preferred
