Agile Coach

About your Role

We seek a visionary and accomplished Agile Coach to join our team spearheading our transformation towards Agile maturity. As an Agile Coach, your primary responsibility will be to help Qatar Airways establish a world-class Agile delivery and outcome-focused way of work, while solving the complex intersection of technology, business, and agile practices to create an efficient and effective end-to-end delivery system.

In this role, you will partner with our cross-functional teams to design and implement a robust Agile delivery system that drives innovation, collaboration, and excellence across our organization. You will possess a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, as well as the ability to translate them into real-world solutions that meet the unique needs of our business. You will also be a skilled communicator and change agent, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to embrace change.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Lead and influence executives, leaders, business units, and technology teams on Agile principles, values, and practices.
- Collaborate with teams to assess their current agile maturity and provide tailored coaching to enhance their capabilities.
- Utilize your expertise to mentor teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership in Agile principles and practices.
- Guide teams in adopting and improving Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, to increase productivity and collaboration.
- Deliver training and workshops to help organizations and development teams understand and implement Agile practices.
- Drive enterprise-wide initiatives such as internal certification and continuing growth of Scrum Leads and Product Owners, and definition of enterprise-wide guidelines.
- Coach and mentor leaders and teams to improve business agility, organizational adaptability, leadership effectiveness, and product innovation.
- Identify and address impediments to Agile adoption, and work collaboratively to eliminate roadblocks that hinder team progress.
- Facilitate retrospectives, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive Agile transformations, provide insights into change management strategies, and ensure successful change adoption.
- Implement and monitor key Agile performance metrics to track the success and improvement of teams.
- Participate in and facilitate Agile collaborative groups, Communities of Practice, and Agile Working Groups.

Qualifications

**About You**:

- Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level.
- 8+ Years of Agile Coaching Experience demonstrated experience in Agile coaching, preferably in various industries and organizational sizes.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) are highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Skills in facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution in Agile Projects of varying size and complexity.
- An agile mindset, the ability to adapt to changing situations, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
- A strong team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Ability to work across the organization in multi-cultural environment with various stakeholders and domains and in various levels from Subject Matter Experts to Senior Management
